Based in Australia, his program focuses on integrating mental and emotional resilience into junior football development, guiding young athletes, parents, and coaches in building confidence, teamwork, and self-belief on and off the field.


PROJECT GOALS
Marcelo’s objectives were clear:
Short-term: Build awareness around PositiveMe and Marcelo’s expertise in junior football development.
Long-term: Establish PositiveMe as a leading program integrating psychological components into traditional football training, helping kids stay in the sport longer while equipping them with essential life skills.
Social Media: Develop a consistent, engaging social media presence that combines personal experiences with professional insights to resonate with his target audience.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Marcelo’s primary audience includes parents, coaches, kids involved in junior football, football clubs, associations, and schools. The content needs to resonate with those looking to improve their children’s football skills, emotional intelligence, confidence, resilience, and mindset.


CHALLENGES
Before our partnership began, Marcelo’s social media presence struggled with:
Inconsistent posting: Without a structured content plan, engagement was low, and his message wasn’t reaching the intended audience consistently.
Content Balance: Marcelo found it difficult to balance promoting PositiveMe while keeping his personal journey and stories relatable to his audience.
Content Sustainability: There was a concern over a lack of content for long-term engagement.
SOLUTION
1. Content Creation
We strategically designed a mix of content tailored to Marcelo’s audience and goals:
Established content pillars: a mix of personal stories, professional insights, football tips, mental health advice, and success stories from PositiveMe.
Personal Storytelling: Marcelo’s story of missing a penalty in the Copa Libertadores and how it shaped his career was used as a foundation for authentic, emotionally engaging content. This personal vulnerability helped connect with his audience and reinforced the importance of mental training.


SOLUTION
2. Visual Design & Copywriting
The design stayed true to PositiveMe’s identity:
Designed carousels with simple, clean visuals reflecting the brand’s focus on positivity and energy. The use of blue and green as brand colors, paired with bold fonts, helped create a professional yet approachable tone.
Crafted captions that were informative, relatable, and motivational, resonating with both parents and coaches. The copy emphasized themes of growth, confidence, and resilience, in line with Marcelo’s core values.
SOLUTION
3. Analytics-driven adjustments
Regular review of the Instagram analytics allowed us to fine-tune the content strategy:
Post Engagement: We focused more on content that generated high engagement, like motivational reels and personal stories, which saw the most interaction.
Reach: We ensured the content targeted both followers and non-followers, expanding Marcelo’s reach while maintaining engagement with his existing audience.


RESULTS
Reach: From October 17-26, before we started posting, Marcelo’s account reach was 6,998, with 28,604 impressions.
Starting from October 27, his account’s reach soared to 44,956, reflecting a significant increase of 10% from followers (+26.3%) and 90% from non-followers (+158%).
Impressions: Impressions grew from 28,604 to 225,634, marking an astounding 174% increase.
Profile Activity: Prior to our partnership, profile visits were 5,319 (+80.1%) and external link taps were 54 (+315%). From October 27 onwards, profile visits increased to 709, with external link taps climbing to 13, reflecting a more engaged audience.

Our client operates a film club that fosters a love for cinema and encourages young people aged 12-19 to watch and discuss films on their platform.
CHALLENGES
Despite having an active membership, their previous content failed to resonate with their target demographic. They sought assistance in creating content to increase brand awareness, promote their various campaigns, engage their existing audience, and attract attendees to their events.
SOLUTION
We provided comprehensive platform management and content creation services, primarily focusing on Instagram. We repurposed these content for Facebook and YouTube Shorts to maximize reach and engagement.
RECENT CAMPAIGN EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENTED
To reflect their desired audience in their content, we structured and wrote captions that use the language and tone of voice of Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
We transformed old YouTube long-form videos into binge-able Instagram reels by adding engaging context.
Additionally, we utilized their brand identity in a way that young people wouldn’t find too salesy or ad-like, effectively capturing their interest.
Within only 7 days of their new campaign, they reached 7,363 accounts and increased impressions by 313%.
Reaching thousands of accounts fueled a 121% increase in profile visits and a 163% increase in external link taps, effectively driving traffic to their website. On top of that, one of our best-performing reels garnered almost 4 million views, 3 million reach, 400 thousand interactions, and 100 thousand saves.

The brand’s color palette is a harmonious mix of earthy and natural tones with primary colors (Evergreen, Ivory, Sage) dominating 60% of the visuals. These colors evoke a sense of calm and sophistication, aligning with Nicole’s aim to create a “safe space” through her online presence.
BRAND FONTS
The fonts chosen for her brand—Cormorant Garamond for headings, Als Script for subheadings, and Nacelle for body text—further reflect her values. Cormorant Garamond adds a touch of elegance and professionalism, while the softer, script elements in subheadings lend a sense of approachability and warmth.
