01. Which platforms do you manage?
We specialize in creating organic content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
02. Can you help with paid ads?
While our main focus is on organic content, if you’re interested in exploring ads, I can refer you to someone who specializes in that area!
03. What industries do you work with?
I mostly work with personal brands, but if your brand is on a mission to make people’s lives more enjoyable and the world a nicer place to live in, I’d love to hear from you! If I feel we’re not the best fit, I’ll be transparent and guide you in the right direction.
04. How can we keep in touch throughout the project?
I believe in a collaborative process, so we’ll stay in touch through a mix of written updates and one-on-one calls. I usually share our work in a presentation and then set up a follow-up call to walk through everything, discuss any changes, and make sure we’re aligned.
05. Do you create all the content, or do I need to provide assets?
For social media management, you’ll be in charge of shooting videos based on our content plan and providing brand assets. For content design and the social media strategy workshop, feel free to send over any brand assets you’d like us to use!
06. Do you offer one-time services or only ongoing management?
Yes, we offer both! Along with monthly management, we provide one-time packages like strategy workshops and content design to either give you a solid starting point or complement your ongoing efforts.
